Overview (Autopilot)

The Autopilot Overview is the account-level home: the whole account's performance for a date range, where each managed product stands in its market, the daily brief, a before-and- after since Pulse Pilot took over, what it did this period, a card per managed product, and the latest activity. Everything on it is read-only apart from the pickers. Words such as ACoS, TACoS and CVR are in the Amazon advertising glossary; Pulse Pilot's own words, such as managed product, brief and Simulated, are on Pulse Pilot Vocabulary.

Controls

Date range. Today, Yesterday, 2d, 3d, 7d, 14d, 30d, 60d, 90d, All Time, or a custom range. It drives the chart, the summary rail, the TACoS figure and the "What PulsePilot did" counts. It does not change the brief or the before-and-after table.

Chart metric pills and ⤢ Expand / ⤡ Contract. Choose which metrics the account chart plots, up to the cap the disabled pills mention, and enlarge the chart.

Summary rail ⚙. "Choose which metrics to show" ticks the rows in the rail: Spend, Sales, ACoS, ROAS, Orders, Clicks, Impressions, CPC, CPA, CTR, CVR, TACoS. The choice is saved in your browser and shared with the product page.

TACoS ?. Opens a card showing the two figures behind the TACoS value and the window it covers.

Sales funnel picker. "Choose which product's funnel to show"; Open sales funnel → goes to the Sales Funnel page.

Product carousel. Previous / Next arrows and dots; Open Control Center → on a card opens that product's page.

View all activity, Show more activity / Show less activity.

Enroll a product. Shown only when there are no managed products; opens the New product wizard.

What the page shows

Account performance over time. The chart and the summary rail for the range.

Market position. One panel per managed product with a state label, a headline sentence, a leak sentence and See all N → into the Sales Funnel. The sentences are a short explanation of the product's market standing; see Vocabulary. Products without market data show a line saying why.

Autopilot Brief. A dated note about the account, first available the morning after enrollment. A Simulated strip on the brief means the changes it describes have not been sent to Amazon; see Vocabulary. A Strategist block beneath it, when present, carries a short explanation of what the strategist is reviewing.

Since PulsePilot started managing your ads. A Metric / Before / Now table for Ad spend, Ad sales and ACoS. The note above it names which products are included and why others are excluded.

What PulsePilot did this period. Three count cards, Protect spend, Scale winners and Time-of-day tuning; View receipts → on each opens the Activity page filtered to that category and range. The Sales funnel card sits beside them.

Your managed products. One card per product: name, ASIN, sparkline, a health pill (Healthy, Needs attention, No data yet), ACoS against target, Ad sales, budget pace against the weekly budget, and the time of the next check.

Recent Autopilot Activity. Time, Action taken, and a short explanation of the change (see Vocabulary); five rows by default.

Good to know

  1. The account chip and the theme button beside the title are display only. Selecting an account there does not switch profiles, and the theme button is disabled; the working Dark / Light toggle is in the header bar.
  2. The rail can end up empty. Unticking every metric leaves it blank until the page is reloaded.
  3. Cards link to receipts. Every count on the page is exact from the activity log, and the card takes you to the rows behind it.
  4. The subtitle counts products, not campaigns. "Managing N products" is the whole of what it says.
