Products (Autopilot)

Products is the roster of everything Pulse Pilot manages: one row per managed product with its ad numbers for the last 30 days, its status, and the buttons that turn it on, pause it, remove it or bring it back. Words such as ACoS and TACoS are in the Amazon advertising glossary; Pulse Pilot's own words, such as managed product and live writing, are on Pulse Pilot Vocabulary.

Open Autopilot → Managed Products.

The page

KPI cards. Products under management, Listings (ASINs across products), Campaigns linked to products, Ad Sales over 30 days.

Search. Optional. Filters the rows by product name or ASIN.

Columns. Product (thumbnail, name, ASIN), Listings, Campaigns, Ad Sales, Ad Spend, ACoS and TACoS, all over 30 days, and Action. The TACoS ? opens a card with the figures behind the column. The table options control switches grid lines and zoom.

Status pill. Draft, Building…, Live · writing to Amazon, Monitoring only · not writing to Amazon yet, Paused, Setup, or Off. A red No offer pill appears beside it when the listing has no buyable offer; its tooltip gives the date.

+ Add Product. Opens the New product wizard.

Row actions

Go live (draft products). Opens "Turn this product on?"; Turn on confirms. The row shows Building… and the page refreshes itself until the campaigns exist. If the product is missing something the wizard needs, the error names it.

Pause (live products). Opens "Pause autopilot for [name]?": Pulse Pilot stops making bid and keyword changes; the campaigns keep their current settings. Pause autopilot confirms.

Resume (paused products). Opens "Resume autopilot for [name]?"; Resume autopilot confirms.

Review. Opens the product page.

Remove. Opens "Remove [name]?": Pulse Pilot stops managing the product, the ad campaigns keep running so you can manage them yourself, and the history is kept. Remove product confirms. The product moves to the Archived section.

Archived

Archived (N) at the bottom folds open the removed products. Restore opens "Restore [name]?": the product comes back live, with Pulse Pilot reattaching the campaigns that still exist in your Amazon account. Restore product confirms.

Good to know

1. Go live queues the build. Turning a product on marks it live; the campaign structure is created shortly after, and the row reads Building… until it is.
2. Pausing a product is not pausing its campaigns. Pause stops Pulse Pilot's changes; the campaigns keep running on Amazon with their current settings. Campaigns are paused individually on the product page.
3. Remove does not stop the ads. It stops Pulse Pilot's management; the campaigns stay enabled on Amazon for you to run yourself.
4. The 30-day figures are ad figures. Total sales, when shown, come from Amazon's seller economics data and carry their own "latest data through" date at the top.
