Product page · Overview tab (Autopilot)

The product page is one managed product's control centre. Its header carries the product's identity and the on/off controls; the Overview tab shows performance, the brief, approvals, the goal and weekly budget, the campaigns and their budgets, rank tracking, keywords and activity. The other tabs are AI Activity (the full activity ledger with the rule-tuning panel) and Dayparting, covered on its own page. Words such as ACoS, ASIN and bid are in the Amazon advertising glossary; Pulse Pilot's own words, such as goal, brief and protected budget, are on Pulse Pilot Vocabulary.

Open Autopilot → Managed Products → Review, or a product link anywhere in Autopilot.

Header

← back to Products. Returns to the roster.

ASIN chip. Click to edit; ten characters starting with B0; Save / Cancel.

Price chip. Shows the price and where it came from (synced from your listing, or set by you). Click to enter a price and an optional unit cost; a link resumes syncing from the listing.

Counts and status. "N listings", "N campaigns", and the live-writing label (see Vocabulary).

Switch product ▾. Jumps to another managed product.

Pause / Resume and Remove. The same dialogs as the Products page.

Setup banner. On a product that is not built yet: Review & build campaigns → takes you to the Products page to turn it on. While building, the banner says so.

No active offer banner. "No active offer on Amazon — harvesting paused for this product", with the date the offer went missing. It clears itself when the listing is buyable again.

Overview tab, top to bottom

Date range. Preselected (30 days). Governs the chart, the campaigns grid, the keyword snapshot, the activity table and the tracked terms. It does not change the brief.

Performance over time and the summary rail (⚙ "Choose which metrics to show"; the TACoS ? shows the figures behind it).

Autopilot Brief. A daily note about this product; first available the morning after enrollment. The Strategist line beneath it, when present, is a short explanation (see Vocabulary).

Needs your approval. Proposal cards with Approve and Skip, and strategist cards with Approve, Snooze 7d and Decline, as on the Approvals page.

Growth opportunities. Informational cards with View → links into the relevant tab.

What PulsePilot did, and why. Three count rows; clicking one opens the AI Activity tab.

Goal. The current goal and a sentence about it. A goal `select`, a Target ACoS % box when Optimize is picked, Change goal (active once something changed), and What do these goals do? which opens the goal descriptions. Switching to or from Liquidate may open a dialog offering to pause or re-enable discovery campaigns: Pause them / No, leave them, Turn them on. Banners on the card report a goal Pulse Pilot switched itself, with a Revert link, or a suspension; each carries a short explanation.

Weekly budget. Weekly keyword budget ($), must be above zero, and Save weekly budget (active once changed). Lines under it show the arithmetic of the campaign minimums against your budget, and a list, "Today's campaign budgets", of each campaign's daily budget.

Sales funnel. This product's funnel card; Open sales funnel →.

Campaigns. One row per campaign: a state glyph, the name (a link to the campaign page, with a copy button), Group, Budget, Impr, Clicks, CTR, Spend, CPC, Sales, Orders, ACoS, ROAS, CVR. Clicking the glyph opens "Pause [name]?" or "Turn [name] back on?"; the dialog explains what changes on Amazon and when the budget split is reworked; Pause campaign / Turn campaign on confirm. A ✋ yours tag marks a budget you set by hand; clicking it opens "Hand [name] back to PulsePilot?" with Hand it back.

Campaign structure. A folded section with a map of the campaign roles and one card per role.

Ranking impact. Keyword / Before / After for your tracked searches, with × to stop tracking one. Manage tracked terms opens a box to paste searches, one per line, with Add and a "N of 10" counter. View all opens the rank tracker overlay with an organic / sponsored toggle.

Keyword performance snapshot. The top five search terms by spend; Open full keyword summary → opens a searchable, sortable table of every keyword.

AI activity. Time, Keyword / entity, Campaign, Action, Before, After, and a short explanation of the change (see Vocabulary); View full history → opens the AI Activity tab.

Dayparting. The compact schedule, or the pre-unlock progress; Full schedule → opens the Dayparting tab.

Good to know

  1. Pausing the product and pausing a campaign are different. The header's Pause stops Pulse Pilot's changes; a campaign row's glyph stops that campaign on Amazon.
  2. A campaign you pause keeps its daily budget for now. The dialog says when the split is reworked; until then the other campaigns' budgets do not move.
  3. "Preview mode — change not applied" on a write means the change was recorded but not sent to Amazon; see Vocabulary for live writing.
  4. Tracked terms are searches, not ASINs. An ASIN pasted into the tracked-terms box is skipped with a hint; set the ASIN from the header chip instead.
