Campaign page (Autopilot)

The campaign page is one managed campaign: its numbers, a diagnosis line, what Pulse Pilot did in it this period, its targeting, its keywords with bulk actions, its change log and the searches it matched. Words such as bid, match type, negative and ACoS are in the Amazon advertising glossary; Pulse Pilot's own words, such as Autopilot, Copilot and graduate, are on Pulse Pilot Vocabulary.

Open a product page and click a campaign name in its Campaigns grid, or a campaign on the Campaigns list.

Required marks a field a dialog will not submit without.

Header

← Products and ← [product] control center. Back links. The title names the product and the campaign's role; the subtitle is the Amazon campaign name. Switch campaign ▾ jumps to a sibling campaign of the same product.

Date range. Preselected (7d). Governs the chart, the rail, the diagnosis, the module cards, the keyword numbers and the change log.

Performance, diagnosis and modules

Campaign performance over time and the summary rail (⚙ chooses the metrics).

Campaign diagnosis. Chips for the campaign's state and role, and a short explanation of the period (see Vocabulary).

Six cards. Other activity, Approvals Required, What we're watching, Protect Spend, Scale Winners, Improve Structure. Each lists the moves recorded in this campaign for the period, one row per move with the entity, a before → after pill and a short explanation of the change (see Vocabulary); Show N more / Show less fold long lists. Approvals Required lists pending recommendations with a type chip, the proposed action, the term and a confidence figure; it has no buttons.

Targeting

The table depends on the campaign.

Auto-targeting clauses (automatic campaigns). Close match, Loose match, Substitutes, Complements, each with its numbers, bid and state. Read-only.

Product targeting (product-target campaigns). One row per target with its type and expression and its numbers. Read-only.

All keywords in this campaign (keyword campaigns). The editable table, below.

Keyword table

Filters. Match Type (Broad, Phrase, Exact), Status (Enabled, Paused, Archived), a search box, and Min / Max pairs for Impressions, Clicks, CTR, Spend, Sales, Orders, CVR, CPC, ACoS, ROAS and Bid. Filters last for the visit and reset to page 1 on every change.

Columns. Opens a picker; the keyword column cannot be hidden. Drag a header edge to resize.

Columns shown. Keyword, Match, Status, Bid, Impr., Clicks, CTR, Spend, CPC, Sales, Orders, ACoS, ROAS, CVR, PulsePilot action (the latest action in the period, or "No change this period") and Why (a short explanation of that action; see Vocabulary). Sort by clicking a header; Preselected (Spend, descending). Fourteen rows per page with ‹ Prev / Next ›.

Row markers. A 💤 badge means Pulse Pilot is paused on that keyword until the date in its tooltip. beside a bid or state means the change is queued and not yet sent to Amazon. "auto" as a bid means the keyword has none of its own.

Per row. Click the row or the keyword to open its keyword page; a copy icon and AMZ ↗ sit beside the term.

Bulk actions

Ticking rows shows "N keywords selected" and the buttons:

Adjust Bid. Opens "Adjust bids": new bid ($), Required, at least the minimum the note states; Apply to N keywords. A protection dialog then opens saying which system manages the selected bids and asks "Keep my bid for": 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 30 days (Preselected), Until 20 clicks, Indefinitely, or Don't protect. Set bid and protect it (or Set bid) queues the change; Cancel sends nothing. If no protection was chosen, a follow-up asks whether to pause Pulse Pilot on those keywords for a period.

Enable and Pause. A warning that the campaign is run by Campaign Autopilot appears first, with Proceed anyway or Cancel; the state change is then queued.

Archive. Opens "Archive N keywords?"; the dialog says this is not reversible. Archive confirms.

Add as Negative. After the same warning, adds the selected keywords as negative exact keywords in their ad group.

Clear. Empties the selection.

Adding keywords and negatives

Add keywords. One per line or comma-separated; match type chips Exact, Phrase, Broad (Preselected: Exact); Starting bid ($), Preselected (0.75), Required and above zero; an ad-group choice when the campaign has more than one. Add keywords submits; new keywords appear after the next sync.

Add negatives. One per line or comma-separated; chips Negative Exact (Preselected) and Negative Phrase. Add negatives submits.

Change log and searches

Keyword-level change log. Time, Keyword, Action taken, Before, After, and a short explanation (see Vocabulary); fourteen rows inline, View full change log → opens the whole list.

What shoppers searched. Every search term the campaign matched with its numbers and a Status of Graduated (with Now runs in its own campaign →), Blocked with a short explanation, Watching, or a dash; Show all / Show fewer; Open full view → opens the Search Terms page filtered to this campaign.

Good to know

  1. Queued means not yet on Amazon. A ⏳ bid or state is sent on the next push; the page polls and clears the marker, or shows Amazon's message if it was rejected.
  2. Campaign state and budget are not edited here. Both live on the product page's Campaigns grid.
  3. Archive is the one action you cannot undo. Enable and Pause are reversible; archiving removes the keyword from the campaign.
  4. A bid you set is a starting point. Without protection Pulse Pilot tunes it from there on its next run; with protection it is left alone for the period you chose.
