SKU
The SKU page is the Pilot list of advertised products: one row for each SKU in each campaign that advertises it, with the product ad's state and its numbers for the chosen date range. From here you enable or pause a product ad, add a SKU to another ad group, tag its campaign, and export or import in bulk. Words such as ASIN, SKU and ACoS are explained in the Amazon advertising glossary; Pulse Pilot's own words are on Pulse Pilot Vocabulary.
Open Performance → SKU. Each editable control below is marked Required or Optional.
Date range
The date bar sets the range the numbers are summed over: Today, Yesterday, 2d, 3d, 7d, 14d, 30d, 60d, 90d, All Time, or a custom start and end. Preselected (30d); remembered between visits. Changing it reloads the numbers.
Filters
The filter card collapses with the chevron in its corner. Changing any filter clears the current selection.
Search. Optional. Rules with a mode and a value, matched against the SKU, the ASIN and the campaign name together. Same modes as the Campaigns page.
Campaign. Optional. A multi-select of campaigns. Empty means no filter.
Campaign Tag. Optional. A multi-select from the Campaign Tags page; a row passes if its campaign carries any selected tag.
Managed. Optional. Autopilot and/or Copilot. While the management list loads the table shows no rows and a note.
KPI Filters. Optional. Min and Max for Impressions, Clicks, CTR, Spend, Sales, Orders, CVR, CPC, ACoS, ROAS and CPA. Blank means unbounded. For ACoS and CPA a Min drops rows with no value and a Max keeps them.
Clear. Resets Search, KPI boxes, Campaign and Campaign Tag. It leaves Managed and the date range as they are.
Export. Downloads the filtered rows as a spreadsheet (see Import and export).
Columns
The columns are fixed; there is no picker, reordering or resizing. Left to right: checkbox, Actions, State, ASIN, SKU, Campaign, Campaign Tag, Ad Group, Impr, Clicks, Spend, Sales (1d), Orders (1d), ACoS, ROAS, CTR%, CPC, CVR%, Sales 7d, Sales 14d and Sales 30d. ACoS shows — when sales are zero and ROAS shows — when spend is zero. The table options control switches grid lines, the crosshair highlight and the zoom.
Above the table, cards total Impressions, Clicks, Spend, Sales, Orders, ACoS and ROAS over the filtered rows. The row-count line reads "N ASIN/SKU rows".
The table shows 500 rows per page; the footer offers 100, 200 or 500.
Sort
Sorting is by the chevron in each header, not the header itself. Clicking the active column's chevron flips the direction; another column's chevron selects it, descending. Preselected (Spend, descending). The Actions column does not sort.
Per-row actions
Enabled / Paused. The button in the Actions column toggles the product ad's state and sends it to Amazon at once. It applies to this one product ad only: the campaign, its ad group, its keywords and the same SKU in other campaigns are untouched. A product ad enabled inside a paused campaign stays governed by the campaign's state. If the row has no ad id yet, a message says to sync product ads first.
+ Ad Group. Opens "Add SKU to Ad Group". Type to search ad groups; the list shows up to 30 matches. Required, an ad group clicked in the list; the Add button stays disabled until one is. Add creates a new product ad for the SKU in that ad group and leaves the existing one in place. The new row appears after the next product-ad sync or a page reload.
Bulk actions
Row checkboxes and the header checkbox (every row in the current filter) build the selection; the bar shows the count and how many are in Autopilot-managed campaigns.
Enable / Pause. Sends the state to Amazon for each selected product ad in turn. Rows with no ad id are skipped and counted in the result line. If any selected campaign is under Autopilot, one confirmation appears first; cancelling stops the whole action.
Add to Ad Group. The same dialog as the row button, for every distinct selected SKU, into one ad group.
Tag. Required, a tag chosen from the list. Applies the campaign tag to each distinct campaign in the selection. The Campaign Tag column does not refresh until the page reloads.
Export selection. Downloads the selected rows. Clear empties the selection.
Import and export
Export writes a spreadsheet with the columns action, ad_id, asin, sku, campaign_name, campaign_tags, ad_group_name, state, impressions, clicks, spend, sales_1d, followed by an instructions block and three example rows.
Import (top bar) takes a CSV with those columns. Lines starting with # are skipped; the action column accepts enable, pause or add, and rows with any other action are dropped. The Bulk Import window lists the parsed rows; Execute N rows runs them in order and shows each row's result. enable and pause need sku and campaign_name and a matching product ad; add needs sku and ad_group_name, with campaign_name to pick between ad groups of the same name. Campaign and ad group names match exactly, ignoring case.
Good to know
- The Export file is .xlsx; Import reads CSV only. Save the edited export as CSV before importing; an .xlsx file chosen in Import is not parsed.
- Nothing here is queued. Every state change, add, tag and import row is sent as you act; results show in place, in the bar's result line, or in the import window.
- The Autopilot confirmation appears only on bulk Enable / Pause. The single-row toggle, + Ad Group, Tag and Import do not ask.
- Tag applies to the campaign, not the SKU. Every SKU row in that campaign gets the tag, because tags live on campaigns.
