Dashboard
The Dashboard is the Pilot home page: a performance chart and KPI cards for the account over the date range you choose, followed by cards and tables that each point deeper into the app. It is a report page; nothing on it writes to Amazon, and every click is a navigation. Words such as ACoS, TACoS, ROAS and CVR are in the Amazon advertising glossary; Pulse Pilot's own words, such as Copilot and anomaly, are on Pulse Pilot Vocabulary.
Date range
The date bar under the KPI row sets the range for the chart and the KPI cards: Today, Yesterday, 2d, 3d, 7d, 14d, 30d, 60d, 90d, All Time, or a custom start and end. Preselected (30d); remembered between visits. A small count to its right says how many days of data loaded. With Today selected, the sales-based figures carry a dagger and are marked provisional, because Amazon revises attributed sales after the day closes.
The cards and tables further down do not follow this bar: each carries its own window control, described with it.
Performance Trends
A daily chart of the account over the range. Metric pills: Spend, Sales, Clicks, Impressions, Orders, ACoS %, ROAS, CPC, CTR %, CVR % and CPA; Preselected (Spend, Sales, Orders). Up to three can be on at once; a fourth is disabled until one is turned off. Hover a day for the values.
KPI cards
Twelve cards: Spend, Sales, ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, Orders, Clicks, Impr, CPC, CPA, CTR and CVR, summed over the range. Drag a card to reorder; the gear opens Add / remove metrics, a checklist of the twelve. Both choices are remembered on this browser.
TACoS measures ad spend against all of the account's sales, ads and organic, and its subtitle says the date its sales data runs through. Its sub-line compares with the equal-length window before the range. The ? on the card shows the figures behind it. The ACoS and ROAS cards carry the same ? while Today is selected, explaining the provisional mark.
Cards
Market position. Shown when Pulse Pilot has judged at least one managed product against its market: one panel per product with a verdict pill and a sentence comparing its conversion with the market's. See all N → opens the Sales Funnel for that product. A grey strip lists products that cannot be judged yet and why.
Copilot Brief. The latest written summary of the account with its date. Long briefs clamp to a few lines with Read full brief. Clicking the card opens Account Health. Until the first brief exists the card says so.
Anomalies (N). Today's unresolved anomalies, newest first, up to eight, each with a severity glyph, its title and its age. The header and View all anomalies open the Anomalies tab of Account Health; +N more from earlier does the same for older ones. "No new anomalies today." when there are none.
Performance modules
Four modules, each with a metric dropdown (Sales, Orders, Spend, ACoS, ROAS, CVR, CTR, CPC, CPA), a range dropdown (Last 7d, 14d, 30d, 60d), tabs, a View all link and a table of the top five rows. Each table shows the row's name, its value for the range, and a Δ column against the equal-length window immediately before it; a name is a link where the row has a page. Module choices are not remembered.
- Campaign Performance. Best Campaigns, Worst Campaigns; a ROAS column. A row opens the Campaigns page filtered to that campaign.
- Keyword/Target Performance. Best and Worst Keywords, Best and Worst Product Targets. A row opens the Keywords or Product Targeting page with the campaign and a search pre-filled.
- Product Performance. Placement Report (Top of Search, Product Pages, Rest of Search; rows are not links) and SKU Report, whose rows open the SKU page with the SKU pre-filled.
- Growth & Pacing. New-to-Brand (NTB Orders, NTB Sales, NTB %); Budget Pacing, the top campaigns by share of budget spent, rows opening the Campaigns page; Daypart Best Hours, with a Full daypart report link to Dayparting.
Keyword Rank
Two columns, Rank Winners and Rank Losers, for tracked keywords whose organic rank moved over the window; pills 7d, 14d, 30d and 60d, Preselected (7d) and remembered. Columns: Keyword, Product, Current Rank, Change, and the rank at the start of the window. A row opens the Rank Tracker on that keyword; View full rank report opens the Rank Tracker.
Daypart Best Hours and Peak Hours
A heatmap of the last three days by hour of the day, Pacific time, for the chosen metric over Last 7d, 14d or 30d; darker is higher, and hovering a cell shows its value. Beside it, Peak Hours (Top 3) lists the best or worst hours with the metric, its share of the window's total for volume metrics, and how it compares with the average hour. View full daypart report opens Dayparting.
Good to know
- One date bar, many windows. The bar at the top drives only the chart and the KPI cards; every module, the rank band and the daypart section keep their own window.
- Nothing exports. There is no download on this page; the deeper pages carry the exports.
- Clicks pre-fill filters. A row click opens the target page with its filters set to that row; clear them there to see the whole list again.
Pulse Pilot automates your Amazon advertising — bids, dayparting, search-term harvesting, and budgets — and shows you the receipt for every dollar it moves.
